Together we'll make sense of what's happening and find a way forward. I draw on different approaches, tailored to you rather than a "one size fits all" solution.

02

Individual counselling (phone)

What clients say

(Full testimonials available on request)

“I was referred to David by a medical professional, and I’m so glad I was. From the very first session, David was incredibly easy to talk to. He is kind, empathetic, professional and genuinely listens without judgement. His fee was extremely reasonable considering the level of professionalism and support he provides. The counselling has made a real difference to me. David helped me look at things from a different perspective and, in particular, helped me move from thinking “Why me?” to “Why not me?” That simple change in perspective has stayed with me and has given me a much more constructive way of looking at things. I always felt comfortable talking openly with David, and I felt heard and understood throughout our sessions. He gave me tools and ways of thinking that I can continue to use long after the counselling has finished. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending David to anyone looking for a kind, professional and genuinely supportive counsellor. He has made a real difference to me, and I’m very grateful for his help.”
